Join me for this creative and interactive workshop that will equip you to help yourself and those you love in moments of triggering emotional situations.
In this is a small group event we will better understand:
how feelings motivate behavior
how feelings trigger us to take a defensive or passive position
the five major defense mechanisms people use
what a racket feeling is from the real feeling
how to discover the meaning of the trigger
how to help others when they are feeling triggered by us
